Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications?

Items that have been personalized with engraving  are nonrefundable. For all other merchandise, a refund will be given for the unwanted portion of your order (except for rush fees and shipping & handling) within 15 days from the order ship date. After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit or a refund check within 10-14 business days (form of credit is dependant upon your initial type of payment). If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. You are responsible for the postage and insurance to ship the merchandise back to Little Bridal Shop.   We cannot accept returns on any personalized items, cameras, opened software, or candy.

Engravable products that are ordered blank, cannot be engraved at a later date. Our 15 day return conditions will apply.

Our orders are downloaded and exported to our distribution center two times per day. Once an order has reached the distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange. Call customer service at 763-428-2445 for a return merchandise authorization number-RMA and record this number on your return address label to receive proper credit. DO NOT return items without an RMA number. At that time, you will be given instructions for a return address and credit will be issued when item is received. Packages that are refused at delivery and/or returned to point of origin (point of origin in this case is a shipping agent that does not handle returns), will in most cases be considered lost and no credit will be issued. Investigation and proof of lost returned packages are the responsibility of the sender. All packages received without a proper RMA number are refused at delivery by Little Bridal Shop and returned to sender.

Little Bridal Shop is not responsible for credit of shipping costs or return shipping costs. Credit on returns is limited to original item cost minus a 20% restocking charge. Little Bridal Shop cannot be held liable beyond original replacement costs of products received.

BUBBLES - all sales on bubbles are final ( no returns ) due to health/safety regulations.

Damaged Items?
Our staff works hard to ensure that you receive your merchandise safely. If an item has been damaged during shipping, please email customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide your invoice number for a quick resolution. We will replace your damaged merchandise immediately. Damaged items that have been personalized will be replaced with the exact same engraving as originally requested.  Once a shipment has left Little Bridal Shop, the responsibility and ownership of the product has transferred to the shipping company and the customer. If any product is damaged during transit, claims after 48 hours and any possible reimbursements are an issue that is between the customer and the shipping company. Many shipping companies require that original packing material be kept until the claim is settled.

CANDIES and CANDLES are shipped in perfect condition with care in packaging and timeliness of transport. When UPS leaves the package on delivery, the customer is responsible for receipt of these shipments. Little Bridal Shop is not responsible for melted products that have been left out in extreme weather conditions. Once this type of shipment has left Little Bridal Shop, the responsibility and ownership of the product has transferred to the shipping company and the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Little Bridal Shop is proud of our fast, customer oriented service. Most orders are processed within minutes after receiving your order. Before you place your order, please be sure these are the items you would like delivered. We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed and is in production. If you have changed your mind, please follow the return policy listed above.
