What a cool way to let your guests know what's going on. Select your front and back from stock templates or design your own. Choose your font and ink colors. Even have a picture added at no extra charge. They come ready to assemble or can be assembled for a small fee. Add a ribbon or charm for that extra touch. Ribbon and charms are sold seperately. If the stock templates don't express your day exactly - you can have a fan customized to fit your exact specifications. Contact Customer Service for details. Choose from our stock logos or motifs or add your own. Email us your photos that you would like added. We will send a proof at no additional charge. Fans are made with 2 cards stuck to a stick like a sandwich. You may email your fan contents to the Proof Department as a word document or in the body of your email.
- View Font Choices - Select your favorite font. Note that scripty fonts can be harder to read if you have alot of information on your fans. You can do a separate font for the names and the titles.
- View Front Templates - These are only a few samples to give you ideas for a layout. They can be altered in any way. Just give us your instructions when you submit your info to the proof dept.

- View Ink Color Select from our wide range of colors. Please remember that not all colors show well on all paper types. We will let you know if there will be a problem with your selection.
- View Paper Choices
Color may vary on different monitors. Email us for a free sample. We will send you a paper sample of a recent fan order. These samples will not come with your info and may not be in the font or ink selection you are interested in. They will show you what the paper looks and feels like.
Step 1 - Choose your layout and place your order. You will receive an order number.
Step 2 - Send in your info to the proof dept in a separate email. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WHEN EMAILING YOUR INFORMATION IN TO THE PROOF DEPARTMENT You may attach your info in a word doc or list it in the body of your email.
Step 3 - Watch for a proof within 2-4 business days from the date we receive your info. Your proof will come via email in a pdf format. Some email providers may block our emails. You can add proofdept@littlebridalshop.com to your safe list. Or just keep an eye on your bulk folders.
Step 4 - Review your proof and submit any changes. If there are no changes, let us know and we will send it to print. Once your order is in this status, no changes can be made.
Step 5 - We will print and process your order in up to 3-8 business days, depending on assembly requirements.
Step 6 - You will receive an email when your order is complete with your tracking information.
